Đến 07 giờ ng&agrave;y 22/11, vị tr&iacute; t&acirc;m b&atilde;o ở khoảng 11,3 độ Vĩ Bắc; 117,5 độ Kinh Đ&ocirc;ng, c&aacute;ch đảo Song Tử T&acirc;y (thuộc quần đảo Trường Sa) khoảng 360km về ph&iacute;a Đ&ocirc;ng. Sức gi&oacute; mạnh nhất v&ugrave;ng gần t&acirc;m b&atilde;o mạnh cấp 8 (60-75km/giờ),&nbsp;giật cấp 10.&nbsp;</p>

Sức gi&oacute; mạnh nhất v&ugrave;ng gần t&acirc;m b&atilde;o mạnh cấp 8-9 (60-90km/giờ),&nbsp;giật cấp 11.&nbsp;&nbsp;Cấp độ rủi ro thi&ecirc;n tai: cấp 3.</p>
